Admission Criteria for Kindergarten and First Grade (2025–2026)

* KG1: Children born in 2021 are accepted into the first year of kindergarten.
* KG2: Children born in 2020 are accepted into the second year of kindergarten.
* Grade 1: Children born in 2019 are accepted into the first grade.

Admission Criteria for Elementary School (Grades 2–6)

* The student must have passed their previous grade with good academic performance and excellent behavior.
* The student will be personally interviewed by school administration.
* Students are accepted upon submitting their report cards from the previous grade.

Admission Criteria for Upper Elementary School (Grades 7–12)

* The student is accepted after a personal interview with the school principal.
* The student must submit a report card from the previous grade.
* The student will be required to take a placement test in Arabic, Mathematics, and English.

Registration Procedures (After Student Interview)

* Complete the school enrollment form in the registration department.
* Pay the registration fee in the finance department.
* Complete registration procedures and submit the required documents.

Required Documents for New Students

For Kindergarten and First Grade Students:

* A certified copy of the birth certificate for Jordanian nationalities
* A copy of the Family Civil Status Record (first page, father, mother, and student).
* A copy of the vaccination record.
* Two personal photos of the child.
* First grade students of non-Jordanian nationalities must provide an original birth certificate certified by the embassy of their country and a copy of their residency permit.

For Students from Grade 2 to Grade 12:

The student’s file must be brought from the transferring school, including:

* The most recent school certificate (report card).
* Transfer certificate.
* Student’s academic record.
* Copy of the birth certificate.
* Copy of the Family Civil Status Record
* Copy of the vaccination record.
* Copy of the passport for non-Jordanian students.
* Copy of a valid residency permit for nationalities that require it.
* Electronic student file transfer via the OPEN EMIS system.
* Clearance letter from the previous school.

Admission Requirements for Students Coming from Outside Jordan

Certificates must be attested by the following authorities in the country where the student studied:

* Ministry of Education
* Ministry of Foreign Affairs
* Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Then certificates must be attested in Jordan by:

* Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
* Ministry of Education
* Department of Private Education in the Ministry of Education to issue the acceptance letter.
